1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHICH RULES AND/OR AFFIDAVIT BY YOU RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY, REPRESENT THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND M C BANK & TRUST COMPANY, D/B/A M C BANK, (HEREINAFTER SPONSOR) CONCERNING OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN THE EVENT OF ANY INCONSISTENCY OR CONFLICT BETWEEN SUCH AFFIDAVIT, IF ANY, AND THE OFFICIAL RULES, THE LATTER SHALL CONTROL AND GOVERN. 2. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Winner must present a valid U.S. driver's license prior to award. WINNER IS FURTHER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSPORTING THE PRIZE FROM MORGAN CITY, LOUISIANA TO THE LOCATION WHERE WINNER WILL USE OR KEEP THE PRIZE. 3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the State of Louisiana, 18 years of age or older as of the day the giveaway opens, and who possess a valid U.S. driver's license. By submitting an entry to the sweepstakes, you agree, represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter the sweepstakes. Employees of SPONSOR and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and such persons' household and immediate family members (defined as spouse or child) are NOT eligible to enter sweepstakes. 4. TIMING: See sweepstakes post for details on open and closing of sweepstakes. 5. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes entries may be submitted as advertised or otherwise prescribed by SPONSOR of the sweepstakes. 6. PRIZE(S): See sweepstakes post for details. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. SPONSOR makes no warranties of any kind, implied or express, as to the prizes. No cash or other substitution may be made. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges for prize are the sole responsibility of winner. 7. RANDOM DRAWING: a winner will be selected in a random drawing performed by SPONSOR (see post for details on timing), whose decision on all matters related to this sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
9. RELEASE: Unless prohibited by applicable law, Participant/Winner authorizes and irrevocably grants to SPONSOR permission to reference and discuss Participant, their participation in the Contest, and any submitted content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), in publications and/or on their website(s) in photographs, video recordings, digital images, audio recordings, as well as in newsletters, news releases, other printed materials, and in materials made available on the Internet or in other media now known or hereafter developed for any purpose SPONSOR deems proper. Such reference and discussion may involve Participant’s name and voice, and other personal/biographical material or their participation on-air.
11. LAWS: The Sweepstakes is governed by the Laws of the State of Louisiana. 12. The Campaign hosted by SPONSOR is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. THESE OFFICIAL RULES REPRESENT THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT/WINNER CONCERNING OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
